Instant transfer
 

What is the maximum one can transfer with US paypal instantly. With my CA paypal acc you add the bank account and cc and you send max of $1200 at once i think. Is this the same for US paypal acc?

Max withdrawn I've done is over 20k, average around 5k, max sent to another paypal account was around 3k, but I had a verified and confirmed businesses account which lets me get away with those sort of transfers.

holy...and all of these were instant transfers?

my paypal account is pretty new, less than 30 days
 

I have been reading about getting a debit card...but not available in canada and it is not even an option for only 30 days old account.
Besides buying gold as it has been suggested, I have been reading about doing small withdrawal. I have about 2000$ that I want to withdraw quickly.
can i do it everyday, every week, every other day and how much not to raise red flag? thanks
