What makes them do this???
 

Listed my usual item last night. Only to find it removed this morning. I sold this item previously on this account about 3-4 times. Received positive feedback every time.

The listing was only removed. No hit or any consequences were given to my account. The message said something like: Your listing was removed because it was showing similarities to listings that buyers have bad experiences with or was poor quality.

Item was brand new, 6 close up pictures were taken, previous sales showed nothing but happy customers.

What is their deal?

Looks like no one knows. Not even eb*y themselves. Called 4 times now, no one can come up with an answer. Customer service at its finest!:clap:

I thought that PayPal were terrible... Moneybookers is even worse, as I found out yesterday. When they close your account for no reason, they just refund your customers. Arsewipes.

Yeah all of these merchants are fraudulent companies. It's just a matter of time until you are going to get hit.

Finally got a response. I lie to you not, i sent them 30 emails one after another copying the same thing. Took about 10 minutes. But i finally got a response. The "subjects" were very eye catching.

"HORRIBLE SERVICE RESPOND NOW"
"WHY IS NO ONE REPLYING"
"HELP ME"
ect

I think some of those just made the reps click them and read it. For the future, make sure you spam the sh*t out of them to get a reply if they aren't responding to you :)

were they able to tell you the reason or still same old excuse like 'idk man" :smash:

Did you happen to have a nasty buyer who complained?

Because this happened to me too 24 hours after the vicious buyer and I also got category ban.

Yup.... that was exactly it. But it was a competitor not a buyer. People like this piss me off so much. I don't mess with others until they mess with me...my niche is very small so there is only a certain amount of people that could have done it...it looks like someone is being greedy and doesn't want to share the market. It's too bad because im not an a**hole but if this keeps happening i really will devote a lot of my time to taking down everyone who lists that item until they learn to stop being greedy. Usually i try contact everyone who sells this item before and give out a generic warning to stop who ever is doing it.

This pisses me off even writing about it. I probably got a category ban too b/c of this. Damn greedy people man... such a**holes.
