Changing eBay And PayPal email
 

Does anyone remember the steps to changing email address on ebay and PayPal?

Is it just add a secondary email, then make it primary then delete old email
Or it makes you click on links in your email or even you have to pick up the phone?

Word of advice... Don't use yahoo mail for multiple accounts. Pain in the neck

Just had to do this with a paypal.

Make the new email
add it to paypal
confirm it by clicking the link they provide in the email.
make it primary and remove the other one.
Ive never been asked for a phone call although I have been asked for the security questions.

For ebay,
I believe then just send a conformation code IN the email that you need to add to have it change the account email.
