but why they can sell it :mad2:

they do not like e-stuff as it is digital delivery you probably need to have alot of feedback stong acc be fully verified and I heard it is allowed only 1 per month? I see some people doing more but I guess they have had their sources verified...

You have no idea where he stands with ebay. He might be on final warnings already.

The item you want to sell depends on your own account being able to list it. It can be a one item restricted category.
