Entropay- how does this work
 

Hi there

From what I can gather here what you do is use your genuine credit card to register and then use other details on account.

Is this right do they not look for id verification?

Also how many accounts can you have?

Ebay can not verify bank account names just account no and sort code?

Also are there any alternatives that are used alot besides paypal google checkout? nochex?

I seel mobile accessories so sell alot of low value items

You'll want to use real details when purchasing the card, also load at least $10 to the account. You can have multiple cards opened at the same time. Read the FAQ on there site for more details: https://secure2.entropay.com/common/...popups/faq.jsp

And yes, only account numbers and codes are validated.

Im in UK are there aby good alternatives to paypal here? Would merchant account/paypal/ nochex be a good option?

Also I see that you can have only 1 entropay account with loads of credit cards linked

So entropay gives you numbers just like a normal visa/mastercard but if you can only have 1 account are you not really going to be stuck again if you can not use this system again ie if you have paypal issues again?

You can open multiple Entropay accounts, I forget what it is, only one card per funding source I think it is. So make sure to have multiple funding sources? You'll have to ask GreenBean about this.

Paypal alternatives in the UK, nocheck is said to be better then Paypal.

Correct. One entropay per funding source. You can use your licence, passport etc etc for ID. EG, if you have a debit card and a credit card from the one bank you have x2 sources to fund x2 entropay accounts.;);)
As for using a merchant account, do not forget you must have a verified paypal to sell...nochex/protex are available. And best of all ebay/paypal can not see the NAME. Attention is only paid to sort number and account number.;)

what i dont get is on entropay site says can only have 1 entropay account?
