funds limited pp help required

got myself into a situation here...

im sure many of you will have been in the same position and will be able to help

used up my pp fund limit so inevitably they put my account on hold... quite a bit of money sat in there or i wouldnt really be that bothered

so i go to resolve

asks me to submit and confirm bank direct debit details = gets a tick for that

next section confirm personal info...

some of the tabs are pre filled and i check them over and they are correct, some tabs are blank so i fill in the missing info and submit... there was an error in the info :mad2:

i go back in and click resolve... same thing i go over and over and over the info its all correct 100%... submit = error in the info

i go back into resolve and its now asking me to confirm my identity, upload documents... passport, driving licence and so on im sure you know the rest

well as its a stealth acc none of this info is valid how am i going to get over this one
it seemed as if it did not make a difference if my info was correct and it was! that it was going to lead to this

is there a way around this ?

do i dump the account and add a new 1 to the ebay acc or do i need to dump the ebay acc also ?

i noticed somewhere in the pages of pp there was a link in my personal info to upgrade to business acc from personal... will that over ride the blockade... i wouldnt have thought so

but wow a few weeks before xmas i really could do with that money in my bank rather sat in theres

and if i dump it will i ever see that money enter my account in 180 days ? or will itget ate up by the pp black hole ?

i have lots of items i need to send but sitting on them until i know what to do next

as ever thanks for any help tips and advice

i have other stealth i can fall back on but this money is going to keep me up at night

Everyone using stealth info on an account comes up against this because you are not a real person so cannot be verified by the electronic checks they carry out i.e. electoral register..........and yes there is a way around it.

You have to provide them with photo ID and address verification i.e. passport/drivers licence and utility bill.

This is something you should have been aware of and prepared for.

Give them what they need. If your not a 'creative' type of person then contact one of the mods for advice or help.

Removing info from the account and/or closing it now will do no good at all as none of it cannot ever be used on p/p again.

Creating a new p/p account and attaching it to an existing e/b account will get them all limited.

You need to leave making new accounts well alone for now and sort out this p/p first

didnt think i had anything to lose adding a new pp acc to the eb as it will be useless if this pp crashes anyways

got someone on the case now id side of things so will take a punt on that and see what may

for the amount of funds sticky there i think it will be worth a try

cant get over why my correct info threw up a flag though

someone mentioned a gliche... as i went over the details maybe 8-10 times before i subbed it

unless seller gave me an error somewhere as this is an old purchased acc... dob ? house number ? or something ?

other stealths are my own work so know for sure info would be accurate

Your issue is that the account details you have are stealth and therefore will not pass the online identity check.

If you are claiming that previous stealth accounts passed this check then it sounds like you are using other people's real names and addresses. If you are, this is identity theft.

The only way to resolve your current issue is to submit docs to paypal that match the stealth info. If you need help with this, drop a moderator a PM.

this is my 1st stealth purchased acc that has gone down

have a mod on the case now who is looking into a resolve

would be good to get the funds from it even if i was then to toss both eb and pp accs away which i may very well likely do

im able to refund as that feature has been left open so i could go that road if all else fails
i dont want the account do go into the pp black hole with those funds there

got other acc to fall back on its just peed me off as i entered the correct info or the info i was given twice and it came up error
it was only a basic prove your id check... there was some tabs filled in with my details i had to fill in the missing ones but they had none of it

Submt the matching ID details or wait 180 days - no choice.

as said around 90% of the money is for items sold and notyet sent so i could frefund and keep my goods losing very little and dumping the accs and moving on

so im in a 50/50 send the goods now wait 180 days for the money

refund the money now keep my goods and move on

need to be extra stealth then listing the same goods as some of my stock is quite rare and unique it will get spotted no doubt

99% certain you will get funds - you have not been linked to other accounts that are owing...and you have not been defrauding...from what I can see...

no feedback from admin regarding the id info

shame to dump the eb account i logged into it earlier today

still seems sound and ive a nice big selling amount on there now

can i not add a new pp acc to it ? there must be a way

checked on the pp acc and its go a small amount of funds there still limited obviously due to it waiting for the info to be uploaded

any ideas ?

If you add a pp account, know this: it can go down at ANY time and funds will be held again. Not recommended to do but if you can stand the risk, then go for it. Waste of time though for long run

but id like to rescue the ebay acc at least

its a shame

got admin back on the scene now... i hope its not been too long to have to upload id :confused:
