1500$ item sent to buyer. Claimed he received a rock. Opened dispute. I escalated and explained to CS that I don't accept returns for stones ( whether precious or semi ) .

whenever scammers hear POLICE report they bolt. As if not he first or last time they will do that and they probably have stolen/illegal stuff in their homes..
