i wasnt aware that when you upload tracking to pp

the item has to show as delivered within 30 kilometres of the confirmed address in order for them to release funds

new one on me

but confirmed by a UK PP rep today

i did question him

and he confirmed again

So there saying even if the punter requested a delivery address inputted through checkout if its more than 30kms your screwed ?

No, I guess they mean within 30km of the address on the p/p payment.

People do have items sent to family/friends around the country and providing it is shipped to the address on the payment this is not an issue with p/p despite the account holders registered address.
