Bank withdrawal on PP pending for 4 days?!

Got a fully verified quite a few month old aged pp account..it's stealth..i made a withdrawal on the 9th..still hasn't come into my account. No emails from PP..should i be worried?

its to Halifax in the UK..i rang pp they said upto 5 days is normal :s
