IBAN bank name
 

this was nothing to do with stealth or paypal, but curious, as it might be of use to us.

Did an international bank transfer to a European country, I just gave IBAN and the name of receiver. I got a confirmation letter from my bank with the receivers name on it, it differed slightly, plus it had another name on it, probably a partner, so joint account. So they did not relay back to me the receiver details I put on there, they gve me the real account names....

So can anyone get the name of receiver? is it just for international or domestic too and does it differe by bank?
