I bought a new UK eBay/Paypal account from a trusted seller here. 4.5 month year old. Zero feedback.

I did browsing for the whole day and added stuff to my wish list. Can I add my card to start ordering or I need to add a bank account first to confirm ? Or it doesnt matter ?

How long to wait until I change the address it has on file to my actual address (both for eBay/Paypal) ? Shall I remove the old one or just add the one I will be using as an additional ?

Ask the trusted seller these questions, they should be in a position to advise you.

Proceed with caution.

Too many changes too quickly may raise flags.

Patience is a virtue, take it slowly

if it still buyer account I do not think it would a problem, if it is seller account I do not recommend this at all

Buyer accounts in the UK are under scrutiny just as much as selling.

No matter what type of account all changes should be made with caution as the possibility of limitation and an ID request is never far away.

I would not add your card as I guess the account is not in your name as you purchased it... therefor the card will be a different name and address!
