eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Vanilla Visa 6/21 Works

well idk about you guys but the vcc i use.. pp doesn't charge it for the expuse code... which is weird but it just confirmed my address with the billing avs.

do you guys buy something small to "age" it or something?

you have to click on confirm card for it to actually charge it, then it will also remove the $500 monthly withdraw limit

It says confirmed next to the card. It automatically confirmed it when I enter the card. This same bing happened a few months ago when I added my real debit to my real account. Is this something that happens to certain cards? I didn't use vanilla

Okay I thought I was going crazy. Couldn't find anything online about it. When my tracfones come in Wednesday I'll test out if this is a for sure thing. Cause I know it happened last time with a boa debit this time it was a prepaid.

Vanilla Visa ALWAYS works for eBay/PayPal....it's Amazon that has issues with it.

I highly doubt that. The forum would be up in arms if eBay patched prepaid CCs. Look at the Amazon forum....lol people are STILL complaining.

I was using vanilla visa to link my account as final value fee, but now its not linking until yesterday. It won't let me set up a final value fee and my paypal cant be set up.
