Should I win this PayPal dispute? Will make this short:
I am the buyer. It was outside eBay, and I paid with PayPal. They sent a money request for the specified amount, I paid it, but when I got my item it was pretty different from the photos and most likely a replica. Despite it not saying in the money request or invoice what the item was exactly, can I still open a claim/dispute?
I know buyers usually have the advantage in disputes whether the problem is genuine or not, so I'm hoping I should be good for this...
ALSO: I might as well ask this here...I paid on another website with a credit-card since they didn't accept PayPal. I used a Vanilla Visa Card. I encountered problems there as well...Can you open chargebacks with Vanilla Visa pre-paid cards? |
