made a new account, went to add the same address as my paypal to confirm :attention:

faced with this.

i keep trying the same address, and i tried like anothe adress to see if it works (both never been linked one is my dads business with a mispelling and one was a random car garage i get my car stuff done at. i can easily walk in and get any post i want)

can ebay see my attempts and will it raise red flags? :mad:

Are you entering your postcode before selecting your county?

Elijah i just tried doing it in both orders, postcode than county.

Did county then postcode... still no luck :rant::rant::mad:

I would guess you are using a postcode and or address that does not actually exist or does not match.

e/b and p/p use Royal Mail's database to match postcodes against addresses and have done for some time.

They use royal mail database, i put in the postcode and tried it, EXACTLY as its written, still NO LUCK LOL.



BTW would this cause red flags in ebay? i have done about 20 attempts each account in frustration lol.

On what grounds does the ebook need to cover technical glitches?
Dont touch ebay.

Go back to your paypal account. Look at the address again.

Confirm the address & postcode from the Royal Mail site. Dont use any other site. Maybe you are transposing a letter or number & not noticing.

If the address & postcode match current Royal Mail info, then try another browser.
Is that drama with IPs all OK now?

Like greenbean says, why would our ebook cover technical issues? Sorry but I really have to agree here with greenbean..
Could it possibly be a browser error? Just oddly i've had the same kind of issues happen and ebay team said try a diff browser..clean cookies and it's worked..
