item not returned for refund
 

Buyer complained about an item and claimed refund thro' Ebay. Money was frozen. I agreed to accept return and refund upon receipt. It's been two weeks now and item has not been returned, still awaiting buyer response - money still frozen. What happens now? Can't find any info on Ebay.

Call up paypal and let them know you didn't hear from the buyer. I had a buyer open a case on me after 3 days of buying from me, and claiming he didn't get it. Well package is coming from USA to Australia and I gave them the tracking number and the sheet of the USPS print out to paypal and even called them! And they unfroze the money for me.

Call them up and let them know, buyer didn't send anything back or contact you and you didn't get no tracking number for the item to be returned. Don't be scared call them up!

I believe if the buyer does not ship the item back or nothing is done, the case will be automatically closed after 30 days, I think that's the cut off date. But nothing to do but wait until you receive it.

I had a buyer who made a commplain from Australia after 3 days saying he never got it, case was open for 10 days i called up pp and told them wtf is this 3 days it takes 30 days to get to his country from the USA they closed it in my favor and I even said this guy a scammer why would i scam someone for $20 items when I sell $1000s per month and make a profit! and the buyer was new under 30 days. they closed it and i won! :) plus i gave them the USPS packaging slip. with the tracking on it. let them know u are not a scammer and that u wouldn't waste ur time etc.

i find though calling paypal all depends on your country..

I call USA paypal from skype. I normally have to call up Ireland paypal but it's a waste of money so I use skype! FREE! For a customer wasting time and money. pft.
