How can I get my money? (paypal blocked - no documents requested)

Hello,

Pay-pal account blocked, but very unusual, hoping I can get your advice.

• I had a stealth paypal account.
  
• Been selling small items (99p) for a few months.
  
• The account has recently become limited.
  
• I did not get an email from pay-pal, it just stopped accepting payments.
  
• Logged in and says limited, unable to appeal.
  
• There is nothing requesting documents in the resoloution centre.
  
• The account does not have a bank account linked as of yet. How can I get the money out?

Should I link a bank account? Will the 180 days become active themselves? I do hope you can help.

Yes, I can't really afford to forget about it. (about £500 or so)

Does the 180 day thing usually apply? Will they let me take it out after 180 days? Surely they can't just keep the money.

there are a few threads on this scenario where they do not let money out, you will need to search, and alot more is trapped, but it is unusual, I agree call them.

They usually do allow money out at 180.

Usually will allow money in 180 days. I dont think UK posts a check so you HAVE to add bank account to withdraw. Easy to get.

In order not to waste the bank account - you can wait 180 days and then link.

@makavi94, your last post is showing that you dont seem to understand that permanent limitations will NOT have steps to unblock the account. Read more.
