It was NOT a stealth account. It was a real LLC business account with Paypal.
Needless to say I no longer have that account because PP said they don't like Ebooks (digital downloads).
Yes, the person Reviewing your account has a lot to do with it.
I now have many stealth accounts and I assume that many will be closed and I will have to wait a 180 days to get my money in some instances.

I had only like $1000 a day coming in with an EIN attached, and they still limited me.
With my real 12 year old account, the most I had was like $10,000 in one or two days time. But that was back in like 2010.
I think the whole thing is a bit tricky.. I wonder if it is up the the mind of the person reviewing your account.
You almost need an advanced play book anymore..
And NO the stealth manual is no enough.. Obviously, considering the fact you have to read their minds to know what is OK and what is not anymore.
