How Paypal works in different countries
 

I'm English, but lived all over the world in various countries for a significant period of time in each.

I've noticed that paypal works differently in each country. I think most of us are aware of this.

For example, In the UK, you have the option to add you bank account and withdraw funds to your bank account.

In Malta, Europe (where I currently live), there is only the option to withdraw money to your credit/debit card.

The limit is 650 euro per day the last time I checked.

Is there a way, using a stealth account in Malta, to withdraw the funds to a credit/debit card, and then withdraw them to my bank in my real name? The card would obviously have to be in my stealth name??

you have to use a bank generated card for withdraw, assume you can get money out at ATM or the card could be linked to your bank account anyway.

stealth cards for withdraw to card countries loophole ended a while back, would say very hard to find one...
