Have to change bank accounts on PP

OK, I need ste*alth guru help on this mess I just discovered. So I set up 6 new ste*alth paypal accts with bank accounts I opened at a federal credit union. I originally funded the bank accounts using the vanilla visa gift cards I had. Logged in today and saw 2 of the 6 accounts had a negative balance due to an uncollected funds fee since the vanilla visa charges didnt go through for reasons unknown. So I figure no big deal, I will transfer the money in from an account at another bank to get back to a positive balance. No go. They shut down my ability to transfer in or out of these accounts for 6 months. Unreal. So barring any luck having these accounts reinstated, I need to open 6 accounts at another bank and link them to the paypals.

What is the best way to do this? Replace the existing bank account or just add the new one?

I'm failing to see the difference between the two choices for your scenario because you'll need new bank accounts regardless of your next course of actions.

Just went back online at the credit union and the accounts were mysteriously reinstated :clap: after the CS rep told me NO WAY could I use these for 6 months.

Prolly went to the same school eb uses to train CS staff. :shocked:

Right, it`s moot now but I meant which is less suspicious to PP... replacing the bad bank account in the pp profile or just adding another bank account and leave the bad one there.

I prefer to add a bank account.

Older accounts stay for at least 6 months after adding the new one.

It does mean being very careful about which account to disperse funds to, very.

If you decide to add new bank accounts to your pp, you can just add them in - you don't have to replace.
