1st ever time suspended from ebay multiple MC Notices
 

I was on ebay and got this randomly:

We're happy you've chosen to sell your product(s) on eBay.

In order to provide buyers with a pleasant and safe environment, the Safety Regulation Team at eBay conducts certain routine checks randomly to confirm the information provided by the seller(s) or /and buyer(s). You are kindly requested to send the following documents within the next 72 hours:

- Front and back copy of your ID or passport.
- Copy of a document showing your address (if different from what is displayed on your identity document)

If you are a business user please send us a copy of the certificate of incorporation.

In addition, we ask you to provide a proof of ownership of the items you have posted on eBay. These may consist of:

- Copies of invoices or proof of delivery (pro-forma invoices are not counted as evidence of ownership) OR
- Customs documents, if you have purchased your goods abroad OR
- Availability of supplier confirmations OR
- Receipts for items purchased from a retailer

ebay UK has been handing out soft suspensions.

How did you create the account?

When I get that it's an MC124 and it's caused by what I was listing... verified or unverified PayPal makes no difference when it happens to me.

The MC0111 message sounds like someone manually reviewed your account though... "I understand that this process may seem confusing. Please let me explain a little more about it"

That's a worry then. Not impressed at the thought of a manual review right out of the starting gates.

its an aged acount 1 year old..and i started selling on it again and got that..?

How long ago did you stop selling on the account? That might be a factor?

If it had no selling activity for one year, it is merely an account aged 12 months.

Subtle difference especially to ebay/paypal.

I was buying and selling a few things..then stopped then started again..

One of my accounts got limited and i received the massage from the first post. The code is MC124.
I've uploaded all the documents as proof of owner, id, address verification. What do you think ? What means this MC124 ?

Yeah did they restore it after you did that?

I'm waiting them to review my account.

I used to get similar MC's after a long away period. What I do now is log in, surf, bid and loose on something, try to sell a book, 0ne hour later if all is ok I end the listing. A day later I start to sell.
Remember to write down every birth date, questions and answers you entered when you formed the acct. Sometimes a simple answer to an old security question is all you need.

MC011 is quite strongly tied to a manual review MH88 - something you were selling either has eB spooked to the max OR...or...you have stiff competition who reported your a$$ hard.

Depending on the item, even if you provide all the documents, you could likely still be kept suspended.

i think it's probably stiff competition..

Now, i'm very scared! I was thinking that they will probably lift my limitation, because the documents are very strong (they have stamps, all the info from the account), the account have a brand new IP, MAC address, telephone number and all the other info like pictures and etc. The biggest problem is that my account is new i start to sold on auction smartphone. What do you think, did i have some chance or no ?

Why be scared ?
The whole idea of stealth is to spread the risk !
You should be in the posistion where if one account goes down its no big deal as you have plenty more.

i submitted all the docs but they keep saying i got to wait 72 hours...is this what they did with you VP?
