Stealth accounts for France/Germany/Spanish ?

Does anyone has experience creating stealth account in a Euro country?

Especially in France/Germany or Spain?

Can you use the same mismatched name technique for bank accounts to verify paypal?

I have just created a stealth account in France but I am having a hard time verifying paypal.

In Spain you do not need a bank account to verify PayPal, this can be done by adding a VCC.

It is not on the "withdraw to credit card" list of countries though?

It should be a bank account for France, Germany and Spain as well... but I am interested in hearing back from Johnson as Spain isn't on the list for card withdrawals.

Why are you having trouble verifying your PayPal OP? Can't you just add the bank and confirm it like in any other country?

I have created a ebay/paypal stealth account for France.

I can apparently verify paypal with bank account and VCC.
=> I am currently investigating the VCC route.
=> For the bank account verification, paypal requires a French bank account apparently and they clearly mention that the NAME MUST MATCH between paypal and bank account. Otherwise, verification will fail.

I was able to open a french bank account with my real name but has anyone tried to verify a french paypal with a stealth name and a french bank account?

verified by card not same as withdraw, to withdraw you need to add bank or use alternate cash out method. Add card for spain and get a verified paypal only.

Some countries allow you to verify by card but not withdraw to one? Is that right? I would have thought that if any PayPal country allowed you to verify with a card, you could withdraw to one as well.

OP, ignore the message that the account needs to be in your name... it says that for every country and it's just a big lie. PayPal will not know what the name on the account is anyway.

For withdrawing the money in case of no verified bank account, isn't the easiest to send the money regularly to a US stealth paypal account and withdraw to a US bank?

Well it is hard to get a legit phone number from France. Expect, you can get a prepaid from there.

yes elijah, some countries can be verified via card but not possible to withdraw to it.

@john456, if you are in the USA, see if you can add a USA bank account to the pp account of your choice - always a good move

Why not go to the list of countries that allow attachment of a USA bank account for paypal and go from there

Payoneer. Apply for their prepaid Mastercard and you should receive it after 2-3 weeks. Then apply for their US payment service and you get a VBA linked to the card, so any withdrawals to the VBA will be available for withdrawal from a cash machine.

Where is such a list?

Is there a particular reason your trying to open Accounts in Germany/France..etc?

the markets are smaller but also less saturated for some goods and they prefer to buy domestically in their own language, as opposed to from USA/UK/China....
