My Shipping Time DSR for Global does not meet TRS for next evaluation

My Domestic charts are all fine.

Do I loose the TRS status because of that? Or do I loose it only for international orders?

Not sure if there is a clear difference of evaluation for domestic vs. global for TRS consideration purposes.
