UK address on US eBay / Paypal Account

I would say possible IF your primary address is a US one. Dont try to register a US pp account with UK address - you will be directed to .uk.co website right away.

I've clearly stated that my concern is if this is sort of suspicious or whatever for eBay / Paypal

re-read the part of the question I answered.

Think about the advice you have been given regarding your current UK based accounts with address/country location.

Apply that to what you are thinking of doing with a USA account.

This is where you need to do everything correctly from the start.

Why not share why you are asking this?

It's possible on the eBay account to have an international address but not for PayPal... they are not transferable to another country.

But it is, for the eBay. You would have to change your registered country but you are still stuck with the US PayPal.

I thought the registered country dropdown menu was only at the beginning, when you make the account...

how do you go about changing it afterwards? by contacting support?

For eB, you can list on any platform - .com, .ca., .de, etc. - regardless of your primary account address - you just have to be registered on one platform.

Just change your main address. The country box will be there, and once you try to save the changes you will get a message "congratulating" you on your move to the new country. They then ask you to confirm that you want to change your country, and when you do that you are done.
