Ip address?

I make a lot of paypal accounts in la. how do iget a dedicated ip with the ip in la. and when they get limited for the ip to change but still bed dedicated?

VPNs don't work long term, stay away.

Invest many hours reading this forum.

The Stealth guide is just that, a guide. Rules change constantly with PP and Ebay.
