Small foreign bank on one non-UK acc, my bank changed hands and now says it will not accept deposits in mismatched name, I only found out when I withdrew and they traced the amount in their holding account, I talked to the manager and she said since it was honoured before, they would let me have that amount, but no more in future. I have to have matched name for future withdrawals....

so the first name matches, but surname is mismatched and not even close.....

anyone experienced name change procedure on paypal?

oompa - Why would it affect anyone even if you did say which bank? It's not PP / eBay related and plus it helps other members out.

Wouldn't really see it as sensitive information...personally.

it is pp related, it is attached to pp and it is the pp withdrawals that are going to banks holding acc and no further...

as for bank - you will never use it, and probably not heard of it, maybe I should have put this on subs section as opposed to UK..

its really the name change procedure I am interested in, any way around docs....

May be worth a try if you want to save the bank acc.
It seems whoever concerned just needs to see a copy of the parnership cert so it will be just another photoshop moment.
And it would be interesting to see PP stance on gay marriage .
