Can a wireless printer link accounts ?

Absolutely not

it depends what you doing with it.

i was under the impression if your downloading your postage from PP and printing directly to printer between account it can cause a link

Not sure how but ive seen it mentioned.

If the printer is behind your router and not connected directly to the internet i.e it is on your private network IP then they cant see anything except the public IP.

Any data received from the net is then assigned by the router to the relevant private IP address as it would with any device connected to your network.

Printer can't link you.
