Anyone here use McDonalds wifi for stealth?
 

Just wondering, do the IP's there change at all? Or are they always the same?

You have been here for over 2 years and you are seriously considering using a Public Access site for stealth.

Note: Highly NOT Recommended for any of the new members reading this.

I don't see what would be wrong with it. But i'll be glad to hear what you have to say about it :)

You never know who or for what public wifi access has been used.

The IP can be flagged by e/b & p/p in connection to previously banned accounts.

Much easier and safer options to be had

Loop im not sure why you want to use this wifi anyway.
but not much to say about it anyway like cmon we change the ips so often just to get new ips, all that hassle of turning off n on router ( i do that ) cmd and all that stuff. you have the idea of using a public shared i.p, dont you think a thousand other ppl would maybe have come by on their ipad using eb while stuffing their big cheese burger.

It's been noted that public places with wifi may have damaged IPs that are not clean in the eyes of ebay/payapl. So the more sensible suggest never to use them.

And the even more sensible posters would read the forum before making threads doomed to be .... CLOSED

Just like anything else that has been used like a house address, how do you know if 100 people had used this IP and was banned.

Then you will no longer be able to get breakfast and eat it too.

lol i was behaving. I wasn't being rude or anything. Just wondered what was wrong with the idea.

Oh and while you're there reset the net...

Think about getting a MI-FI. A small box about 2 inches by 1 and you can place a sim in it and the MIFI will make sure you get a different IP everytime.... very handy

So the only reason to not use it seems to be the chance of the IP's being burned or seen badly by eb/pp. I'll be taking my chances anyway. :thumb:
