Quick question about PP account!

I'm wondering if i make a brand new pp account, do not attach a card to verify it and then receive a payment and do nothing with account and the money for a day and then buy something from eb or immediately buy something from eb, will there be a time do buy something before got limited or to receive another payment and then to buy something before limitation ?

Receive a payment how ?
Most payments are subject to holds on new accounts

From other member. I had a ruined deal with some of my customers because of limitation. At this time i ran out of stealth accounts, but i desperately need those money!

If you try to spend the money that soon after receiving it (assuming that PayPal doesn't 21 day hold it), you will most likely get an error from PayPal saying that they "cannot complete this transaction". You need to wait some days before they let you spend it... I generally wait 7-10 days to be safe (since this error can trigger a limitation if you try too many times).

I think your going to struggle .
Not adding a card will be your first problem.
If the "other member" has the funds why not get them to withdraw ?
Sounds very dodgy to me .

This is a deal for a vector image of logo created by me for a user of a international forum for those purposes. He would send me the money, because he is only working with PayPal. I don't have possibility to add a card to it. Is it safe to wait for the 2 payments from him and then after 2-3 days to buy something that i can sell here in my country ?

I dont understand a great deal about this thread either elijah .
But the previous post now seems to be giving more info .

Op the payment will be held for 21 days roughly unless they send as a gift but this is dangerous on a new account and most buyers understand PP and wont want to do this as it voids there buyer protection .
I hope this is a lot of money were talking about for all this hassle

There is no 21 days hold for Bulgarian account. First would be fpr 270 GBP and the second payment (same day, after he receives a first part of files) for 230 GBP.

No 21 day holds for your country? I highly doubt that.

There is a high chance that you will be limited on that first payment on your new account. And even if it does come through fine, 2-3 days is not long enough to wait before spending it...
