IP Question

If on one stealth account my IP is something like 170.170.110.130

and on the other stealth account (which is not -and shouldn't be- related to the first one, in any way) the IP is something like 170.170.110.180

That means I cannot use the second IP because it's the same pattern and that will link the two stealth accounts ?

1 digit difference means different IP - good to go
