Limited due to too many cards added/removed frpm Paypal account?
 

Greetings all. Query if I may. I mostly sell on Amazon, but have started to buy several hundred dollars of items off of eBay now sell later at good profits. My main stealth account has just been limited due to too many gift cards added/removed from account.

Unbeknownst to me, adding too many gift cards have now got me limited. I've researched here on Aspkin but can't find any instances of limitation. I'm sure there are and would appreciate feedback from others. Oh well, time to buy more stealth accounts I guess.

Can you post what the limitation reason given was exactly? Word for word.

How you can help

It's usually pretty easy to take care of things like this. Most of the
time, we just need a little more information about your account or latest
transactions.

To help us with this and to find out what you can and can't do with your
account until the issue is resolved, log in to your account and go to the
Resolution Center.

This blows because this account is registered under a female name. I've emailed then via Paypal though. Wait and see.

Adding and removing any info in large numbers will draw a flag for a manual review and it will be toast.

Adding and removing multiples of bank accounts, ccs, changing address over and over etc are looked at closely.

Especially Banks and CC's. Try not to change whenever possible.

Really strange limitation. What are they asking for to resolve it?

@Recherche, any ballpark figure on how many cards you used on this account? Important to note.

I've had this account about two years. Until recently, I have added 4-5 cards. It is not until the last month or so I started buying items off of eBay to sell for later. I've added about 4-5 more cards in the last month before getting limited.

And what are they asking for?
