I don't think searching by first and last name is possible, I may be wrong. If you know the Ebay user name of the person, it's possible to search google by typing in the username with the word ebay behind it and it will give results to their ME page. It is possible to search Paypal for the first and last name though. If they've bought from you recently, you can go to your selling page and hit control F, which is a windows command to let you search the page for the words your looking for. Hit control F and a search bar will pop up at the top of the screen, then just type the username and it will show if it's there.

You can do it a different way. I just found out in PayPal, there is a button it is advance search under the history tab.

Then you can search by so many different options.

Best place to look is in PP if a payment has been made.

eB is only good if you know the username or an auction/BIN has been won/purchased.
