All steps completed on PP.
 
I've got in resolution centre all steps showing "Completed - Accepted". As there is stated in pp message: "Completing all of the checklist items will automatically restore your account access." But, no! My account is still limited. I've spoke with pp on the phone for 5-6 time for resolving issues about this limitation. Now i'm waiting for more than 96 hours for a result. Are there some problems with their system or what is going ? Why i'm waiting so long ? (usually it takes 24 hours for response of the case.)

Is one of the steps submitting your id/proof of address?

Yep! ID, proof of address, supplier info, invoices, proof of delivery! All was well accepted by them!

P.P.: There was a problems with my last transactions on this accounts. They want from me proof of delivery or tracking number. I have 3 transactions for highly risk items. One is paid via invoice. I added for this transaction a doc for proof of delivery and tracking number. For the 2nd a refunded the buyer, because there was a problem with him. And the 3d, the buyer paid by request money form for goods. The rep told me that there is problem with this transaction, because i have not added a shipping info. (the only info for this transaction is the name of the item in title of message, no other info) I explained to him that the buyer wants a cheap shipping costs and i have only signed document for delivery and he told me that this is fine and will write done this to the case. But now, i'm worried that it might be a problem for reinstatement of the account. What you think ?
