new credit card to verify
 

Hi all can I use new credit card with new no and new bank but same name to verify new ebay and pay pal stealth account. The name have some letters difference.

And I am not in qatar so to withdraw money I have usa bank account can I use the old account which I was using with restricted ebay to withdraw from new paypal

I thought you said in another thread your friend made an account for you to use paypal USA.

Yes I am now in qatar. I already use my credit card to verify paypal and freind withdraw some money for me on his usa bank account.
I managed to get on line master card which provide a usa bank account to use it to withdraw from paypal. I used this bank account only to withdraw from pay pal so I should get another card with another usa bank account to withdraw right.

And what about I have another credit card here in qatar with my name but another card no can I use it or will be linked.

Just need to confirm I need new bank account for every stealth I got or what as I am not in usa:s

If you want to withdraw cash then yes you need 1 bank per PayPal.
