Any body know how to do it

I am trying to start a selling account in Germany, I am in Spain .
When ever i make a account and try to sell ebay tells me they have sent a letter with a code to the address.
Does anybody know how to get round this please:ballchain:

That's one thing that ebay.de demands.

You need an accessible German address. Forget a phony one & forget a business account.

Don't worry, next September after the National Elections the new Government is going to withdraw from the EU and send the Euro crashing.
