Payment Issue

I just sent 99 pounds to someone. I have 500 pounds available in my paypal balance. I have viewed limits and there are no problems with them.

I am trying to send 99 pounds again to the same person and it says you need to add paypal funds before sending a payment.

What is the problem ?

Could be the 1st payment has gone into review .
Check with the seller to see if he has the payment allready with no holds etc .

Seems like you have some holds on the funds - you cant use them yet. Add a credit card and go from there to make purchase or send funds. You will need to wait
