So what should I do
 

So I am getting ready to open a couple of stealth accounts, first I need to get a unique ip, and I live in WNY (western new york, not nyc) so im trying to find a dongle that works, cant use dial up b/c time warner cable is not suitable. So this is the first thing I need to figure out

P.S. So you've been here 2 years and don't know the Basics about Stealth? Maybe you should consider getting the Stealth Guide

- go to walmart and get a dongle.

Or use your phone as a tether
