I am getting close and what does paypal do when I hit £1900 or try to go over?

I think you are not allowed to go over...

you account gets limited and documents are requested to verify yourself.
You cant go over the limit.

Is this for the UK only, I can went up to 12k in the us

your account will go limited and they will ask you for further information which is all in all is a bit of a scam... its just a way of getting your photo id from you

as you will be required to set up direct debit info, simple enough fill in some tabs bank address and submit...tick thats done

then you are asked to confirm your id... next page takes you to a sheet of your details but some fields are missing...dob ? house number ? and such

you fill in the blanks but you will get an error message to say the info does not match there records... you fill in the blank tabs again, and hey ho here we go they say your info does match there records again

you are now required to upload or fax photo id and utility bill
That is what you do

i recently uploaded my photo id and utility bills for 2 accounts... 1 was lifted the same day the other the next
now im unlimited and back selling like a mad man

Actually it's UK & EU Anti Money Laundering law.

All payment processors are required to verify a customers ID and address when certain monetary limits are reached or exceeded.

Was the account stealth info or real info?

It is not relevant if the account is stealth or otherwise.

UK paypal must comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Accounts have a £1900 limit. The limit may be removed at any time after the creation of a paypal account.

Sellers supply the info required and go on to sell lots.
