Hi there

You know you can log into several ebay account using different windows account? This should not cause any issues

Is this the same for paypal?

IS CCnow an alternative to paypal

I sell mobile accessories and sell approx 50 day - does this automate all things?

As long as you change your Ip address between accounts, yes you're fine.

And yes Paypal is the same.

CCNow would be an alternative to Paypal. :)

CCNow doesn't automate things; you'll need to invoice buyers after the sale.
