Can roommate link me from old suspended account to new stealth account/s?
So seeing as we live in the same house, when I was using my old account which is now suspended, we obviously used the same IP address and were therefore linked (he never got suspended or anything though thankfully). However now that I have a new IP address under a new stealth account, and my roommate logs onto eBay also under this new IP address.. would this cause any link to my old account?
Nothing has happened yet. I specifically told him and made it as clear as possible about 3 or 4 times about what I was doing and if he needed to use eBay to just ask and reset the modem and record the IP if I'm not home... what does he do 30 minutes later after I explained this to him for the 4th time? Goes onto eBay anyways even though he never uses it and has 6 feedback after several years and tries to hide it in another tab. |
