Powerseller fee discount?
 

Is it still 5% for being just a Powerseller? That is, without being Top Rated.

You receive no fee discount for being PS. I reached PS and TRS and only get a discount for being TRS. See here:

As a Platinum Powerseller I get 20% off Final Value Fees. ( This is without being Top Rated ).

Even if you loose Top Rated for Global, apparently you still get 20% off for international orders ( as long as you are Top Rated for US )

You don't get charged Final Value Fees on shipping, if you offer free domestic shipping and international buyer pays 100$ for shipping for example.

The ( remembering rolbe ) calculator seems to be correct still ( at least for my category ). The only thing it doesn't do, is calculate fees on shipping ( if you offer free shipping it's not a problem, if you offer reasonable shipping costs it still hardly matters, probably a few cents here and there ).
