How to manage multiple stealth messages?

Hi guys,

Just need some feedback on how to run manage multiple messages from multiple accounts, and wanted to know if this is feasible:

Stealth 1 (PC User Account 1)
Stealth 2 (PC User Account 2)
Stealth 3 (PC User Account 3)
Jonny Boy (PC User Account 4)

All mail from Stealth 1,2 and 3 will be forwarded to Jonny Boy email address, and viewed from PC User account 4.

Jonny Boy email address has never been on eB/PP and its only purpose to check mail from all the stealth’s from one location.

All emails viewed from Jonny Boy (PC User Account 4), will never be responded to, and I will never click on any links etc.

The purpose of this, is just for notifications more than anything. If successful, it would really come in to manage the 10+ accounts I have.

Questions:
Can this create a link anywhere?

Do I have to make a note of IP’s when logging into ‘Jonny Boy (PC User Account 4)’ user account too?

Please advise or suggest another way of managing multiple messages?

I successfully run as many as 20 accounts per week and never cross any one of them.

I have a user account just for all the gmails I use.

I can go to one user account and check sales, payments, questions etc.

Never open a link etc.

If something sells, I find what computer it is on, change and check my IP and go to it.

Sometimes trying to make things easier gets your into trouble.

I have all emails that are attached to eBay on my mobile. So i just can stay upto date with the selling, questions etc. Then once i get time, i go to each user account and answer them.

Never open a link in the email

Then that's pretty much the same as I described except for the forwarding part I guess.

On the use account you use for checking mail, do you take a note of the IP's when doing so? Or do you only log IP's for logging into eB/PP?

Since I use gmail and never open a link there is no reason to keep track of IPs.

I only keep track of IPs when I am signing in eb or pp.

Working many accounts with multiple computers like I do I needed a way to get to emails quicker. So I made a user account on one laptop that has all the sellers accounts gmails right in front of me in one spot.

How to manage multiple stealth messages?

I use thunderbird, much like outlook. But free and I think it's easier to log all my stealth email accounts on

Yeah, Mozilla Thunderbird much better than M$'s Outlook.

Inbox e-mails from PP/eB are trackable, yeah.

But curious about - if the e-mails have some kind of tracking EVEN without clicking into a (trackable) link? Hidden cookies, hidden 1x1px, flash cookie or sth? Also if Gmail is better than Outlook (as E-mail Service) OR AOL, or Yahoo, or any other 3rd party (incl. school/univercity mail or your ISPs mail service, most of them use Kerio Mail Server or some other Open Source Server software).

Theoretically they are trackable through web beacons - that is why it is best practice to disable graphics in your email.

Gmail is as good or better than the ones you mention.

They're automatically disabled using Thunderbird (for all incoming e-mails). If logged from Gmail.com (from the browser) - automatically disabled as well, which is good. So both ways are secure then, but it's more valuable to use a mail client (managing XXX e-mail accs) than YYY opened tabs with different Google Chrome profiles.

Yes, absolutely more efficient.

@OP, Gmail is great for this if you have a lot of accounts to handle. Personally, I only deal with e-mails on the eB platform but that`s my preference.
