Prepaid card SSN about?

Hi guys,

I am purchased stealth book and I open new account.Everything is ok but I have not social security number.How can I withdraw my money ?Because all prepaid card service need SSN.

Do you know netspend want to me SSN information?

I can't sent money to my old verified PayPal account because I know high risk.

(My old verified PayPal account have different information name,address and country)

Do NOT use Netspend - thats a fail move. Get a different bank

You have some problems. Arent you just listing on ebay.com and not really living in the USA?

Non-USA based people have a lot of trouble to obtain bank accounts.

Netspend is blacklisted by paypal. Too risky.

Need to look for other options.

I'm live in Turkey and I need USA paypal account.
What can I do ? Do you have any options for me about withdraw?
