2 ebay and paypal accounts same address
 

I wanted to know if I could open second ebay and paypal account from the same address
as I have one in Susan brown and could I have another in her sons name like Billy brown
and use the same computer and ip address?

I dont know UK ebay but I am thinking yes but if one goes down the other one will also.

I usually make two ebay users link to 1 paypal, a male and female name to mimick a husband and wife in the same household. That way I can push the limits and bring in about $17,000 on each paypal. The downside is if one ebay goes down, you lose the other.

The benefit, is that it only takes an additional 5 minutes to open the other ebay account and really increases revenue.

Once limits get increased, I will usually let one go dormant.

This works but you reach the 200 item threshold much quicker. If you can bring 17k on each account without hitting 200 transactions that's good. Right now I am long surpassed on 20k but slowly creeping up on 200 transactions...I think right about 100 more transactions until then. Not about to go over and have everything reported. Jump to another account after.

Have to watch this in the UK.
Preferable to do it at the same time. ebay uk is more than quirky about adding another account after the 1st one is created.

ebay UK has a much lower tolerance for two accounts in the same house than I have ever noticed with USA ebay.

Also the OP said 'son' as opposed to 'spouse'. Idea may not have as much merit.

i could open one in her sons name with a stealth address and use another ip but surely 2 people in the same house have their own ebay accounts?

I have multiple eBs attached to one pp - can be done - just be aware that they are ALL linked...and you could have limits spread over them. Not worth it if you dont need to

I read another thread that you use friends addresses also.

Why not do it correctly?

Do not use friends or families names, addresses etc.

I do not think you have the skills YET to work 2 on 1 etc like rsot and other do.

ebay never is part of such a world.

Go over the ebay co uk section. read the stories where all families have lost their accounts by association with one suspended account.

I'm trying to work with you to make sure you get multiple accounts made and working the best way.

In US you can live next door to somebody got suspended and they will link you.
