I'm relatively new to this so bare with me.. Is buying an account reccommended? And can you explain how i get my money off the account someone else designed...

Buyer an account and making one yourself both have their advantages and disadvantages...I think you need to research a little bit if you are asking a simple question such as how to get your money...

Still stuck

So I've read ebay stealth and read forums but still don't know how to get my money off a PayPal account I purchase. Do you have any idea how I do this?

You have to add a real bank account in your name to be able to withdraw physically.
