I have had several accounts receive the 0/00 selling limit.

Only one of the accounts out of the 6, had been linked to a different account. The others weren't linked. I personally don't verify the paypal account beforehand, as the ebay rep always likes to walk me through those steps for paypal ( since I'm a newbie lol)

Back to the point, all that needed to be done was to click on " request higher selling limits" and it gives you choice of either calling ebay or answering personal information - the second option is the one I choose.

Here goes: results:

A. Was linked to another account - can't sell. That one is dead.
B. Answered personal information questions - raised it to 10/1000
C. Answered personal information questions - raised to 100/5000
D. Had to call ebay ( didn't pass personal info) - answered their basic questions - raised to 25/1250
E. Had to call ebay ( didn't pass personal info) - answered their basic questions/ had to answer identity questions which i passed- raised to 50/2500
F. Failed the ID part on the phone w/ ebay. - can't sell - I will try again in another couple days. Maybe get lucky the next time.

Please note:

1 . All accounts are stealth
2. No paypals were verified with bank account. I had confirmed with vcc though. I know they say to verify first... but I like my method - it works for me. I don't add the bank until after it starts selling.
3. Ages were all fairly new ( less than 2 mo)

This is just my personal experience. I know there are steps that people do, but this is just what worked for my accounts. Keep in mind this only happened to 6 of my accounts. I make quite more than 6 new accounts to start aging a day.

On the phone, I act naive, as a newbie, and very polite. Ask basic questions.

Dont give up just because of that. I know it looks bad because the 0/00 is in red--- but just have to remember its a game and you have to make the next move.

So... I just read his message where he no longer has access to the subscribed section to read the responses... oops.
