lifting 1900 limit
 

I put in my name and address and dob and it failed security check
and asked then for documents to be uploaded
I no the name and address and dob were correct so what went wrong?
does it do a electional role check?

Are you on the Electorial Roll? because if not, you cant get verified this way, and will have to upload docs.

The details you enter into paypal are checked again details on the electoral role, if they don't match/can't find you thats when they will request documents.

Your only option now is to provide the requested documents

It's a stealth account so the details cannot be matched up to public records. No one knows exactly what Paypal uses - could be electoral register, could be something like 192.com.

When you fail this check, it is nothing whatsoever to do with entering the information incorrectly.

You will now need to supply docs to lift the receiving limit.

I failed to lift the limit, If i just leave it and not sending doc , will that be a problem ? it's a new account , only got a few hundred in it.

You will not be able to receive more than £1650 a year on that stealth PP account

Supply the docs think outside the box, paypal cannot verify any documents

there is another way, it is slower. IF you have an accessible address, over a few months
buy signed for tracked items and they check tracking and possibly signature and verify you, may be done at the yearly review. No docs ever submitted, going years and years, stay verified, this is on 3 seperate accs.....the person at the address does not need to exist.
