Is this true?. Also Wouldn't this mean you could have dozens of negatives but still be good in ebays eyes as long as you only get 1 a month and not 2?.

And if not what really creates a banned account?. Thanks!!

Dont take it literally - eB is QUITE well known for underhanded dealings...they even give INCORRECT reasons for banning people.

Dont look for loopholes.

Too many negs, insant ban. Too manu low DSRs, instant ban. Sneeze and a fart comes out at the same time, instant ban. Dont trust what you read in ebays policies.

Wowww....wouldn't put it past them. Not sure why they have the mentality that they're better than everyone else....maybe because they can decide your fate with the push of a button.

Not even that advanced. They go to the top of a flight of stairs and throw the papers down. Each stair is labelled with an outcome.

They then pick up the papers & the matching script. No need to think, understand or relate to the seller.
The fall of the papers decided the fate of the appeal.
Has to be summat like that given their gross errors.
