What are the selling limit milestones?
 

Hi all.

I'm wondering if there are categories for selling limits or if they are account specific. For example, do all new (UK) account start at 10/£650, then goe to 25/£750, then 100/£3,500?

Or say you're selling 99p phone cases or something, would it just go to 10/650, 25/650, 50/650, 100/650 etc since you're not close to your £ limit?

In my experience it goes more like this. The limit increases seem to be very adhoc. You can go from 25 to 180 items for example. I had one account jump from 100 items per month to 1030.

The limit increases does depend on what you sell though. If you sell low value items, you will see higher increases in the item limit versus the £ limit.

I definitely has to do with the price of what you're selling. Well it does for me anyway. Whenever I get a raise the item numbers and amount of money match almost identically.

For example I started at 10/$1000 and I was selling items worth $50-$65 approx. I got a limit increase to 30/$2200.

I don't think there is specific amounts of limits that you gradually raise to. I had one account stated as above 10/$1000 > 30/$2200 and a couple days ago 30/$2200 > 50/$3000. A few weeks ago I had an account stuck on 10/$1000 for over a year selling to the max limits every month and suddenly it raised to 100/$5000. So who knows...
