This is a dumb question, but can you sell on eb.com if your eb is registered in a foreign country?

A seller can do this.

Sometimes certain conditions need to be met.

But you have not given enough info so you get a minimal reply.

What type of conditions? I'm asking this for a friend that lives abroad. He wants to start selling on eb but wants to sell to the US market.

I see this quite often in some collectables areas - people selling from far European countries on eb UK.

Annoying because you become interested only to find the shipping is massive or you fear no come-back on an expensive item.
