Ebay Below Standard Seller Performance

Hi Guys,

On one of my stealth accounts my seller performance is low for closed cases without seller resolution. I had parcels go missing over the christmas period. I know I should of sorted the cases, I have learnt from this.

The seller performance has been this way since early January. The past two performance reviews have been based on 3 months sales. My sales have fallen below 400 for the past 3 months so the next review will be based on 12 months sales. My closed case resolution is now 0.49% for 12 months and 0.26 for 3 months. I think all my other DSR's are OK.

Do you think this will be ok in the next review. Is it best to not use this account anymore and wait for the ratings to improve? The account is 4 years old, and I have two other accounts linked to the same details and paypal. There are no selling limits on any of the other accounts, so I'd prefer not to lose them. I have other stealth accounts, but as they are newer they have seller limits on them.

Thanks

In order for your seller performance to get better, you need to keep selling.
Ship Fast , Free Shipping & Communicate with your buyers.

the more you sell, the less these cases will effect your account.

Personally a 4 year old account is worth fighting for!
Especially since is really an easy, Fixable solution.

Thanks guys, I realise now it was a mistake to stop selling on this account. I'll put items on there tomorrow at low prices with free shipping.

Thanks again.

Isn't it better to let the account cool off for 1-year or so?

That way the metrics should be reset, after 1-year. Right?

Fix your account within 3 months. I didn't fix my legit account in 3 months and I got indefinitely restricted because of it. I am damn sure I will get my account back once all the piece of **** low DSR fall off and I am back above standard. Going to make dozens of calls to eBay in a few months...but **** eBay, by then I will have loads of stealths running so they can suck my dick if they don't reinstate my account which did mil+

The issue with NOT selling on the account is that the metric that is affecting your performance can actually get worse for a period of time before it gets better. This can result in indefinite suspension.

Best course of action is to try and sell your way out of it, so the % reduces over time (assuming you've upped your game).

The annoying thing is my ratings are rxcellent for the past 3 months, but I'm 14 sales short of the 400 needed for the stats to be used for this period of time. Fingers crossed.
